Looking for a Relais Chateaux experience? Keep looking!
The property is beautiful and the gardens are truly mesmerizing. The room was big and well decorated, bed was comfortable.
Looking for a Relais Chateaux experience? keep looking and don’t book here! The property is clearly understaffed and you don’t have half the service you expect considering that the hotel is a Relais Chateaux and rooms are very pricey. When we arrived at 9pm, we didn’t receive even the most basic information about the facilities such as the breakfast hours and the person bringing us to the room forget to bring the card unblocking the electricity in the room, went back downstairs and we had to wait 5 minutes in the dark of our room before my husband finally chased her downstairs. The service at the restaurant was very slow and unprofessional, although the prices are similar to a Michelin star. We waited water when we first seat for more than 15 minutes to have the water we ordered and no one explained the dishes brought to the table. The day after, at the bar (which is literally 30 sec by walk from the restaurant as in the same property), the barman refused to serve us the bottle of wine we had at the restaurant the day before because “the wine menu is not part of the bar menu, and he doesn’t have time to go fetch a bottle at the restaurant”. After insisting and highlighting how crazy that was, even suggesting I go and grab the bottle by myself, one of his colleagues brought us the bottle and the plancha we ordered(28€ for 3 (really 3) pieces of jamon, 3 pieces of saucisse and some pieces of cheese) after 30 minutes of waiting. The swimming pool is very sad (there are only four seats around the swimming pool), and no service around the swimming pool.

Very Poor
If you are looking for a good price-quality stay with great ‘vibes’ in Menorca, then I suggest you look for another place. If on the other hand, you are looking for a good bed, a lovely breakfast in a (too) quiet green environment and you’re willing to pay a huge price for that, this could be your thing. However, do not ask for a superior deluxe room with terrace, as the room is anything but ‘superior’ or ‘deluxe’ and does not have a terrace but you can enjoy the view of an electricity pillar if you open your window (do not get fooled by the photos onthe website). The yoga is great in their sister hotel Torre Vella; you’ll need the good vibes to stay zen when they tell you you can’t have dinner in the hotel because the place is fully booked by outsiders. On a side note, if you suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, weak hand muscles or a higher-than-normal hair density on your scalp, Bring Your Own hairdryer.
